Your golf swing takes the path of least resistance, that's why you see so many different swings while your out on the course. The only way you can truely change your golf swing, is by assessing your physical characteristics and starting a corrective program of exercises, stretches, and specific drills.
What is a golf physical assessment?
All the movements of the golf swing work harmoniously together in less than 2 seconds. If one link of your golf swing is limited, it can affect other elements of your swing. During your golf assessment we can measure over sixty different physical characteristics of your golf swing. We can also access the mental side of your game by taking our “DISC” Mental Golf Workshop™ Profile.
Your results summary will be analyzed and any physical limitations will be addressed. A web based corrective conditioning program consisting of 18 custom workouts will be prescribed. All of the findings will be shared with your golf teaching professional, so that we can all work together to improve your swing, reduce injuries, and lower your score.
